Blackfriars Advice Centre - Tackling Fuel Poverty

The Blackfriars Advice Centre is requesting funding to start a new project called Tackling Fuel Poverty to help families and young people living on low incomes in Southwark. The project will develop links across south London to raise awareness of the fuel poverty programme with their target group. The project will provide clients with, income maximisation advice, self help material and access to their specialist welfare benefits for more complex housing and debt issues. The project will be run by 1 part time advisor for 2 years.
