The Family Fuel Poverty Outreach worker will provide Energy Efficiency Advice to all clients and explain options available around fuel debts. All clients supported wil also be offered Income Maximisation benefit checks. If appropriate, clients will be assisted to set up debt management plans. These services will be provided at the Children's Centres’ and outreach locations. In addition the Adviser will promote fuel efficiency and debt options to community groups and local events along with the other services in the bureau offers.
