The Cheshire West Warm Zone project will employ a full time energy efficiency/benefits adviser to provide a comprehensive advice service to vulnerable adults and YP living in rural fuel poverty. From experience, these groups are hard to reach by traditional methods. CWWZ is well placed to provide a seamless service both due to established links and also their ways of working - home visiting etc. The service will therefore operate via referral from our key partner agencies such as: Cheshire West and Chester Council - CYP team/Foster team/benefits team/Wider adult team/housing team/community support team, Carers, Sure Start childrens' centres - various local centres, etc.
