Circle - Financial Inclusion Project

Circle and Edinburgh Young Carers have come together with Citizens Advice Scotland to develop the Financial Inclusion Project, which is a project for people with children who are in recovery and young carers and their families.

The service is person-centred and the advice worker will operate from Circle and EYC hubs across Edinburgh as well as through home visits.

The outreach nature of the project ensures that trust will be developed especially as the referral process has come from organisations that the service users are familiar with. The advice worker will be trained and supported by CAB and will be able to provide assistance with fuel debts, bills and advice, Energy efficiency, benefit claims and advocacy.
