The scheme is aimed at providing support and advice to individuals and communities’ in rural locations to reduce fuel poverty through a variety of measures, which will increase household income and/or reduce household expenditure. Also to provide information on that measures that will reduce fuel poverty through energy efficiency and signpost other support agencies such as CAB. To identify and refer individuals in need of one to one advice and support.
