Disability Resource Centre are applying for funding to deliver a project which will tackle fuel poverty through a 5 strand approach co-designed with disabled people to make a lasting impact to the lives of disabled people and their families. The project will have particular focus on families who are experiencing or at risk of fuel poverty and where there is a disabled adult or child within the household. Switched On will provide a broad range of support to beneficiaries in the form of home visits, one to one interventions, crisis support and group learning opportunities.
