The project will deliver face-to-face energy efficiency and financial health-checks to help disadvantaged residents improve their long-term financial stability and reduce fuel poverty and will employ a qualified and experienced Advice Worker who has completed (or will undertake) a City and Guilds Energy Awareness course.
