To deliver Energy Efficiency advice to reduce fuel poverty through face to face in home visits and in groups, running an energy meter library including training of users. Source and provide energy efficient tools e.g. light bulbs. Ensuring full awareness of grants available. Maximisation of income. Stabilisation of debt. Money management and budgeting. Work in partnership with other services to promote develop and deliver the service.
