The project will provide one to one support for families who are energy vulnerable specifically in relation to fuel poverty and fuel debt, and will provide a specialist service supporting families of young children in priority areas who may otherwise not seek support. The service will offer advice and guidance on energy efficiency grants and schemes, income maximisation, fuel bills or debt issues including applying for trust funds to clear debt when necessary, referring to local services.
