Milton Keynes Positive Energy Project (MK PEP) provides face to face, telephone and e-mail advice to families living in the city of Milton Keynes experiencing fuel poverty. The project seeks to address the three factors affecting the rise and severity of fuel poverty across the UK; the cost of fuel, the amount of money people have to spend on it and the energy efficiency of their homes.
