The project aims to build on previous work funded by local authorities, through targeted outreach helping vulnerable residents in fuel poverty, taking a holistic approach that balances energy efficiency measures with wider benefits take up and other interventions to improve the health of vulnerable families with young children and provide sustainability for the future.
