The aim of the Keeping Warm and Staying Warm project is to educate families with young children across Liverpool on the solutions to fuel poverty and fuel debt with the overall aim of removing them from fuel poverty and/or avoiding the future fuel poverty trap. In the short term, the project will equip these families with the knowledge to be able to reduce their fuel bills and maximise their income. In the longer term, by training frontline advice staff, the project will allow them to continually provide advice and support to families into the future.
