Warm Homes Peterborough 2015 is a one-year project that aims to reduce fuel poverty and increase energy efficiency of some of Peterborough’s most vulnerable households. Building on PECT’s significant experience of delivering fuel poverty projects at community level, we will provide energy efficiency advice and support to families with young children and single parent families living in disadvantaged areas of Peterborough. We will work in collaboration with housing associations such as Cross Keys Homes to reach tenants in social housing. To complement this, we will also target private homes and landlords. Our aim is to help households to save money and reduce energy consumption by implementing simple behavioural changes in the home.
