The project aims to assist low income families, in four key areas of fuel poverty, to manage their fuel costs more effectively and to access applications to charitable trusts to help alleviate the burden of fuel poverty, provide access to a holistic energy and debt advice service to assist low income families and provide a dedicated income maximisation service. Families will also be able to access information about WHD through promotional events, including Polish migrant families who are in need of assistance, as well as accessing the energy and debt advice services.
