The project will be a community based partnership and will provide in depth advice and advocacy support for fuel poor customers with the aim of resolving energy related concerns, offering support to fight fuel poverty and become knowledgeable and confident to take control of their energy usage. This will be delivered through an appointments based bespoke home energy advisory service.
