Torbay Citizens Advice Bureau

The Keep Warm Keep Well ‘ Project there will be a two pronged approach involving a Torbay wide awareness campaign combined with targeted face to face outreach advice to families in the most deprived areas with the highest levels of fuel poverty. In partnership with GP surgeries and health professionals across Torbay, deliver outreach advice sessions/home visits targeting ‘vulnerable at risk’ households and families with young children, suffering from long term illness, health problems, and disability and improve the health and wellbeing of these groups by maximising incomes and reducing expenditure on bills, increasing awareness of energy efficiency measures, financial education/debt management and increasing knowledge of community help and support.
