The Project aims to help tackle fuel poverty by providing 60 hours a week of specialist Fuel Poverty Advice to families with young children.
Many of those who present at Children’s Centres are young families who are on low incomes. Research shows, by living in rural Devon, Torridge, North, Mid and West Devon Citizens Advice clients are almost five times more likely to live in fuel poverty than an average member of the UK population.
